公司是国家级高新技术企业，在西安高新区拥有13400平米的科研基地，是国家电网公司、南方电网公司、各地方电网公司的合格供应商。从1999年开始从事单/三相电子式智能电能表、水表、燃气表、热量表、低压成套配电表箱、用电管理系统等的研制和生产。“银鹤（YINHE）”牌费控智能电表，系陕西省名牌产品。
公司自主研发的NB-IoT窄带物联网水电气热表集采抄控系统产品，目前技术居于国内行业领先地位，已在北京清华大学“双清公寓”智能电表升级改造项目以及西安赛格国际购物中心安装运行。
公司积极参与国网“电力物联网”建设，响应“大云物移智”技术应用趋势，与国网、华为、电信、移动、联通、清华大学、特变电工、陕煤集团等多家知名企业构建共赢的生态圈，竭诚为各行业的发展提供解决方案及精良产品，为客户创造价值。
The company is a state-level high-tech enterprise. It has a 13400 square meter scientific research base in Xi'an High-tech Zone. The Nb IOT narrow-band IOT water electric heat meter centralized acquisition and control system product independently developed by the company is currently in the leading position in the domestic industry, and has been installed and operated in the "Shuangqing apartment" intelligent meter upgrading project of Tsinghua University in Beijing and the Saige International Shopping Center in Xi'an.
